Appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our office. Changes made within 48 hours of an appointment may be subject to our cancellation policy. Please contact the office to make changes.
3. SMS Appointment Reminders
By opting in, you agree to receive appointment reminders and appointment notices from Gabucan Family Dentistry by text message at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

– Message frequency varies based on your appointments.
– Message and data rates may apply.
– To stop: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

We use the Dental One patient app to let you view and manage appointments. Use of the app is also subject to the Dental One Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available in the app.
